Putting the customer first has always been pivotal, but it has never been more important. The past few months have shone a light not only on the importance of being customer-centric in our thinking but also on the need for agility and the ability to swiftly adapt to change.

Being able to meet the needs of customers today, tomorrow and in times of disruption, and being agile enough to do so, often means reimagining our customer operating models and technology systems, allowing us to create relevant, meaningful and rewarding experiences for our customers as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Michelle has 20+ years of industry experience in the field of data-driven marketing and now leads Digital Alchemy’s Strategy division where she creates and drives the implementation of customer-centric marketing strategies across our portfolio of clients. An accomplished strategist with a discernible ability to creatively dissect business problems and intuitively extract insight from complex data sets. Michelle applies a pragmatic approach to devise actionable strategy, knowing that value creation is achieved only through campaigns being in market. She has delivered engagement frameworks and implemented customer lifecycle management across a board range of industries including but not limited to: retail, banking, telecommunications, insurance, leisure and entertainment. Michelle translates strategy into logical streams of work across data and technology. Having worked on both sides of the fence (client and agency side) Michelle knows what it takes and works well with technical and business people alike.
