Michael Slip
Senior Director – Go-to-Market Customer Experience

Michael is General Manager, Customer Experience (CX) and Collaboration business unit at NTT Australia. He is responsible for ensuring we have a compelling suite of CX and Collaboration solutions and services nationally, from consultation to implementation through to operational support. Slip has a wealth of experience in the customer contact industry, focused on how technology innovations can advance clients’ strategic goals. Key areas of expertise include working with both private enterprise and the broader government and not-for-profit sector to improve client experience, as well as increase customer advocacy, revenue generation, productivity and to meet risk and compliance goals. Slip has been active within NTT at a global level in assessing trends in customer contact, working closely with vendor partners such as Genesys, Cisco, and Verint to develop technology and service propositions to take to market. He has been a regular presenter at NTT and vendor partner events and led the development of showcase demonstrations addressing key trends such as omnichannel, back-office, and cloud.

Cameron Adams

Cameron Adams, APAC Director CXone Practice, NICE

Cameron is the CXone Solution Practice Director for NICE across Asia-Pacific. Cameron has 15 years of experience in contact centres and trading floors, ranging from support & operations through project delivery and technical expertise. Cameron and the APAC Solution Consulting team cover all aspects of NICE’s leading cloud platform, from omnichannel routing and WEM, to analytics, automation and AI. He has extensive experience with analytics-driven customer experience and compliance solutions across financial markets and contact centres at many well-known Australian organisations.
