To compliment Linda’s morning talk, she will demonstrate live the process of achieving leadership status through building trust.
In a round yard set-up with a real horse, you will see aspects of true leadership demonstrated and watch as a “target audience” horse moves from distrust to choosing to follow her as its leader. All in just 20 minutes. Some session participants will then be given the unique opportunity to experience this process for themselves, in the actual round yard with their own horse. An unforgettable, powerful insight into the feeling of being chosen as someone’s leader, versus appointed.
