VIP Dinner

Unlocking Business Success in an Era of Transformation: Empowering Employees to Thrive with the Right Structures, Experience and Skills

Monday, 29 July, 6:40pm – 9pm
éRemo Restaurant

You’ve been personally selected to join 12 of your peers for a VIP Dinner at the award-winning Spicers Guest House to kick off your HR Symposium experience on the 29th July.

You’re part of a select group of senior industry leaders invited to enjoy an exclusive evening of delicious food, wine and provocative conversation as we share and discuss the role of HR in end-to-end business transformation and how we can better empower our employees to thrive.

The Dining Experience

Famed for its passion, generosity, and deeply rooted traditions, Italian cuisine inspires and entices food lovers like no other. At éRemo, this celebration of Italian cuisine continues, with the chef’s contemporary flair bringing the menu into the pantheon of modern day Australian culinary classics.

éRemo is the embodiment of cultural depth and character, and the dining experience is reminiscent of a long luxurious meal enjoyed at a close relative’s home in the abundant European countryside. The approach is genuine and heartfelt: the Avido menu takes its name from the Italian word for ‘greedy,’ a clear signal that dishes served are fulsome, rewarding, and no one leaves here hungry.

Unlocking Business Success in an Era of Transformation: Empowering Employees to Thrive with the Right Structures, Experience and Skills

Join our dinner discussion hosted by Diana Spalding, Senior Director – Employee Experience Solutions, ServiceNow to discuss the changing role of People leaders in organisations. According to our latest EX Trends Report 53% of HR leaders believe half or more of their workforce is not equipped to drive future growth. Amid a period of business and talent evolution, organisations require the ability to understand the new parameters of success and build with the right strategic vision. Unlocking success in today’s volatile market conditions means going back to your most critical resource – your employees – and supporting them with the right structures, experience, and skills.

Business leaders look at talent as the key driver of business success. For HR leaders this means finding better ways to ensure the workforce is skilled, engaged, and retained. To do this while empowering employees to thrive in an augmented future of rapid transformation begins with mapping the new frontier that beckons HR across the globe.

Join our informative dinner session to discuss:
• The evolving role of People leaders from being ‘Human Resources’ to driving end to end transformation across the business
• How you see emerging tech such as AI changing the way your business operates, from skills, workforce planning and employee wellbeing perspective
• The challenges organisations are facing with silod people data, and what’s the way forward
