Great event and one i recommend to others as my ‘go to’ conference. Great speakers with industry experience, great networking, and most importantly the time to actually network!
Michael Eichler, General Manager People Strategy, Anglicare

The HR Symposium is a really valuable opportunity for senior HR leaders to connect and learn. Time out of the workspace to reflect, learn and exchange ideas with some very clever people – together with a lot of laughs was just what I needed. The attendees were best in class – knowledgeable, engaging and really friendly.

The conference organisers did an amazing job not only with delivering a well organised event but made sure everyone felt valued and welcome. Enjoyed every minute.
Lorraine Kennedy, Director People & Culture, Northrop Grumman Australia

So much thought leadership in one event. There was so many people to learn from, both speakers and delegates. There was plenty to do and the energy was high for the full 2 days. A very worthwhile investment of my time.
Kristy Arnold, Head of Leadership, Performance and Talent, Nine

The HR Symposium provided a much-needed opportunity to connect with like-minded colleagues, learn and explore emerging topics and share our challenges. I’m already looking forward to next year.
Rebecca Gallagher, Head of People Experience, Group Services, Domain Group

The HR Symposium is a fantastic forum to meet and learn from other HR leaders and vendors tackling similar business and people challenges. I came away with plenty of insight and ideas. Highly recommend taking the time out to invest in ourselves and this symposium is one where there is plenty of time for networking in a relaxed setting.
Rebecca McDermott, Director, Talent & Business Partnering, AMP

The HR Symposium 2024 in Hunter Valley was a fantastic experience. The organisation was top-notch, and the setting at Rydges Resort was beautiful and perfect for learning and networking. The keynote speakers were excellent, offering valuable insights into current HR trends.

The interactive workshops were particularly engaging, providing hands-on learning and fostering great discussions. The focus on peer-to-peer learning allowed for open and candid conversations.

Overall, the symposium was highly informative and left me with practical strategies to implement in my organisation. I highly recommend it to any HR professional.
Deborah Shea, Human Resources Business Partner, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, NSW Health

The HR Symposium is a fantastic opportunity to network with professionals across a range of industries, discuss present and emerging HR themes and priorities as well as discuss implementation strategies.
Clare Di Leva, Human Resources Business Partner, AstraZeneca

The HR symposium offers a great opportunity to take a breather from the day-to-day grind and network with likeminded peers. The topics are relevant to what is currently taking place in the HR space and offers the advantage of thought-provoking content you can easily assimilate back into your business.
Kelly Micallef, Head of People & Culture, Better Rehab

Really worthwhile conference with great sessions on many contemporary HR issues and opportunities. One of the best I’ve attended in a long time.
