VIP Lunch
You’ve been personally selected to join 10 of your peers for a VIP lunch at the HR Symposium on Tuesday 30th July.
You’re part of a select group of senior HR leaders invited to enjoy an exclusive afternoon of delicious food, wine and provocative conversation as we delve into critical topics at the intersection of HR and finance, and explore how we can better align these functions to drive organisational success.
Driving the growth agenda and aligning our people strategy with the commercial goals of the business is a top priority for most HR leaders. But in order to do that effectively, we need to work more closely with our finance teams.
In this exclusive roundtable over a beautiful lunch, we’ll explore and discuss:
– How we can better leverage data and insights to inform strategic decision-making?
– How can we ensure that our HR strategies are both evidence-based and impactful?
– How can a skills-based approach help with talent management by retaining and attracting top talent in Australia’s competitive landscape?
– How can we work more closely with our finance teams to support the commercial goals of the organisation?
Join us across a premier lunch experience of enriching conversations with industry experts and your peers.
