Beaudon is Head of Marketing Technology for Vodafone Australia with more than a decade of digital marketing and web operations experience across North America and Southeast Asia. Beaudon is currently overseas Vodafone consumer Marketing Technology Architecture and connected technologies, Creating Audience Strategy and delivering 1:1 customer outcomes to deliver retention and acquisition outcomes, including direct acquisition, online merchandising, and platform management.

Prior to this role, Beaudon has worked regionally for Intel Security and Norton developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for some of the world’s largest partnering brands.

Beaudon thrives on the data-driven nature of digital marketing and the speed with which campaign results are available for near real-time optimization. He hopes to drive greater integration between the power of data-driven insights and connection-inspiring creative strategies to provide customers with the best possible connections for their digital lives.

For the last 20 years, Justin has helped grow the revenue of hundreds of organisations ranging from large household brand names to small businesses and startups. As a multi-award-winning marketer, speaker, and author, Justin’s belief is that customer analytics empowers customer delight. His brand experience extends across Spotify, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Telstra, ABC, Yahoo, and McDonalds.

Via his agency and coaching business prior to joining SAS, many of Justin’s clients have gone on to huge success. These include business owners, CMO’s and CX leaders.

Justin manages to remove the confusion and hype around AI and marketing with his easy to implement frameworks for attracting, converting, and delighting.
