Building a Digital-First Strategy for Exceptional CX – Does Your Tech Stack Help or Hinder?

You’ve been personally selected to join us for a VIP breakfast and roundtable discussion at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Resort in the Hunter Valley on Tuesday 29th March, before the main conference at the Customer 360 Symposium.

Join 12 carefully selected CX leaders for an and insightful morning as we discuss Building a Strategy for Exceptional CX – Does Your Tech Stack Help or Hinder?

Positive and powerful customer experiences create customers for life and differentiates you from the competition, as well as maximises your return and value as a brand. But in order to create an effective CX strategy that truly connects with customers across all channels, that strategy needs to be aligned with a tech-stack that enables deeper customer connection and delivers the required outcomes for both the customer and the organisation.
In this roundtable session, moderated by Ed Walkley, the Director of APAC for Khoros, you’ll have an invaluable opportunity to hear and learn from your CX peers as we discuss:

– How can you create a seamless experience for our customers across strategic digital touchpoints?
– How do you measure and optimise that CX journey end-to-end?
– What challenges do we face with limitations of our tech infrastructure in creating a seamless experience for our customers?
– How to make sure the investments you make in ‘CX’ tech are the right ones? Are they aligned with your overall business and CX strategy?

Please click the RSVP button below. Look forward to seeing you there and having a great morning together.
