And by bringing together the CX leadership community to benchmark and recognise the very best customer experience initiatives in the ANZ region, the awards will celebrate those enterprise businesses making great strides in their CX strategies.

The last 12 months have placed an emphasis on Employee Experience role in Customer Experience, and for good reason; our teams and employees are at the front line of driving CX innovation, pioneering customer-centric business strategy, and engaging with customers on the frontline. The CX Awards are a fantastic opportunity to thank and recognise your team’s hard work and to drive them to continually innovate.
The CX Awards aim to recognise, benchmark and celebrate brands’ and individuals’ CX leadership and innovation in the ANZ region.
Entries from CX suppliers, including technology platforms, CX agencies and consultancies, or data and analytics engines are welcome. CX suppliers are able to enter themselves for the Best CX Partner Category, however entries from CX suppliers for all other categories must be on behalf of a client. In this case, CX suppliers making the entry must provide evidence that your submission has been endorsed by the client. Please note that if your entry wins its category, the award will be presented to the client/brand at the ceremony, and not the supplier.
