The CX Awards are the ultimate accolade in customer experience to benchmark, recognise and celebrate CX excellence in the region. Following a competitive entry and judging process, The CX Awards culminate for a night of cocktails and canapes to celebrate the successes of the region’s CX strategies, leaders and initiatives showcased in the shortlisted entries across each of the 9 categories.

The CX Awards ceremony will take place from 6pm – 8.30pm on the 17th October on Level 35 of the EY offices, with panoramic views of Sydney’s glorious harbour.

The CX Awards aim to recognise, benchmark and celebrate brands’ and individuals’ CX leadership and innovation in the ANZ region.
Entries from CX suppliers, including technology platforms, CX agencies and consultancies, or data and analytics engines are welcome. CX suppliers are able to enter themselves for the Best CX Partner Category, however entries from CX suppliers for all other categories must be on behalf of a client. In this case, CX suppliers making the entry must provide evidence that your submission has been endorsed by the client. Please note that if your entry wins its category, the award will be presented to the client/brand at the ceremony, and not the supplier.
