YEARS YOUNG

ANZ’s Most Important Customer Experience Awards

Being a customer-obsessed business is no longer a differentiator in a competitive market; it’s the cornerstone of survival, now more than ever. In today’s turbulent world, going above and beyond for your customers, demonstrating a sense of empathy, and empowering your employees to put the customer first, are all crucial.

It’s certainly been a difficult few months, but as we navigate these unstable times, let’s take a moment to pause, and to recognise and reflect on the incredible CX initiatives and strategies rolled out across the region. We all need a reason to celebrate now more than ever.

Back for their third year, The CX Awards are the ultimate accolade in CX to benchmark and recognise CX excellence and innovation in the region. Utilising a rigorous and transparent judging process, the CX Awards go one step further in helping to differentiate the very best leaders, teams, strategies and innovations.

So, take a moment to step back, to recognise all your hard work in delivering for your customers, and to thank your teams for their continuous efforts to put the customer first.
