With increasingly higher user expectations, an app needs to be a seamless part of the customer experience, fully delivering on the needs to the customer to ensure it’s not left sitting unused, and even worse, uninstalled. As a result, it is more important than ever to deliver on a positive customer experience that engages users from the moment they install the app.
