Virtual event:
30th April Agenda

Decline, Survive or Thrive: Why Days 40-50 of WFH are so important for your EX and CX

As we grapple with the isolation and social distancing that comes with the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re evolving to bring CX Collective members together in different and collaborative ways, and we’re thrilled to be hosting the first our new monthly series of virtual events. We know how important a sense of community is right now, and we hope that these virtual events create some of solace in the comfort of shared experiences as navigate the new normal.

The rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed everyday life as we know it, changing the ways in which we work and socialise, and shifting the consumer landscape and consumer behaviour to an unrecognisable degree.

Hosted by Sean Hall, a renowned mental health advocate and TedX speaker, the first of our virtual CX Collective events will examine the ways in which we can adapt to thrive in this unique challenging environment, and how we can work to empower both ourselves and our teams to be creative in our approach, and continue to be there for our customers during an exceptional time of need.

Welcome and Introduction

Decline, Survive or Thrive: Why Days 40-50 of WFH are so important for your EX and CX

Join this conversation with Sean Hall, TEDx speaker, mental health advocate and CEO of human performance company Energx.

Sean will share:

• Global and local insights that highlight the risks and opportunities of the crisis
• How to engage and energise your employees
• Why capacity and creativity are the key to creating a competitive advantage in a crisis

Breakout Groups: How Are You Navigating COVID-19?

Following a fantastic insightful and inspiring presentation from Sean, we will then move into smaller, breakout groups giving you the opportunity to navigate this challenging time with fellow members, share and discuss the challenges you’re facing, and brainstorm the ways in which you can work to overcome them. This is where members can come together to navigate this new normal together, and hopefully to find solace in the comfort of shared experience.

Summary and Action Points

Following the breakout discussion groups, members and moderators will reunite to share the key challenges, discussion points, learnings and takeaways from their breakout groups. Sean will also take this time to share the key actions, things you can be doing right now, to help you thrive during this challenging time.
