Decline, Survive or Thrive: Why Days 40-50 of WFH are so important for your EX and CX
As we grapple with the isolation and social distancing that comes with the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re evolving to bring CX Collective members together in different and collaborative ways, and we’re thrilled to be hosting the first our new monthly series of virtual events. We know how important a sense of community is right now, and we hope that these virtual events create some of solace in the comfort of shared experiences as navigate the new normal.
The rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed everyday life as we know it, changing the ways in which we work and socialise, and shifting the consumer landscape and consumer behaviour to an unrecognisable degree.
Hosted by Sean Hall, a renowned mental health advocate and TedX speaker, the first of our virtual CX Collective events will examine the ways in which we can adapt to thrive in this unique challenging environment, and how we can work to empower both ourselves and our teams to be creative in our approach, and continue to be there for our customers during an exceptional time of need.
