Future scoping esports – a fireside chat

Jamie sits on the board of advisors for a blockchain based fantasy esports service named Skrilla and is also part owner of Australia’s first dedicated esports bar, GG EZ. While Jamie has most recently made headlines for his work at Horizon State, a blockchain voting start-up who have built an unhackable ballot box, his involvement in esports goes back in time much further than that of politics. Jamie was a founder of Pantheon, once Australia’s best Counter-Strike team turned events management business running national events such as the WCG. We’ll be talking to Jamie about both the criticisms and opportunities faced – both personally and professionally – throughout the last 20 years as esports has matured, as well as what future models for esports might look like
